Overview

The RECRUITED Club Plan is designed for club teams and organizations that want to help their players get recruited. It includes powerful tools for coaches to manage rosters, create professional brochures, and track player engagement.

Setting Up Your Club

Club Profile

Start by creating your club profile:

  • Club name and logo
  • Primary and secondary brand colors
  • Contact information
  • Sport and location

Creating Teams

Organize your club into teams by age group, gender, or level:

  • Each team has its own roster
  • Teams can have custom branding (or inherit from club)
  • Assign head coaches and assistants

Inviting Players

Add players to your teams in two ways:

  • Individual invites — Enter player email and send invitation
  • CSV import — Upload a spreadsheet with player names and emails

Players receive an email invitation to create their RECRUITED profile and join your team.

Coach Roles & Permissions

Club coaches have read-only access to player information:

  • View player profiles and recruiting progress
  • See email engagement analytics
  • Generate team brochures and QR codes
  • Cannot send emails on behalf of players
  • Cannot edit player profiles

Brochure Builder

Create professional PDF brochures for showcases and tournaments:

  • Team roster with player photos and stats
  • Individual player spotlight sheets
  • QR codes linking to player profiles
  • Your club branding throughout

QR Codes

Every player gets a unique QR code that coaches can scan at events. This links directly to the player's recruiting profile—no app download required.

Billing

Club subscriptions are billed annually at the organization level. Each team included in the subscription has a roster cap. Contact us for custom pricing based on your club size.
